An exciting opportunity for a Sales professional to join the Sales team of an ambitious and rapidly expanding student housing company based in Bangalore. Job includes planning, developing, managing and overseeing sales activities and strategies.
Monami Hospitality Pvt Ltd (www.myroomie.in & www.mykhana.in) has operation in Bangalore and Chennai and served over 10000 students from 25 universities. We have also delivered more than 2 million wholesome and nutritious meals and catering to over 25 large and medium corporates.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times and pursue referral opportunities from existing customers
- Managing and motivating sales executives to meet sales targets
- Be accountable for achieving self and team’s sales targets
- Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies
- Responsible for overall team performance, capability development, and managing client relationships from time to time
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Proven work experience of 2-5 years in Sales
- Ability to manage a team of sales executives.
- Should possess strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Perseverance and endurance to stay focused and aggressive
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹6-8 Lakhs per Annum
