Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times and pursue referral opportunities from existing customers
Managing and motivating sales executives to meet sales targets
Be accountable for achieving self and team’s sales targets
Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies
Responsible for overall team performance, capability development, and managing client relationships from time to time
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Proven work experience of 2-5 years in Sales
