Refund & Cancelation Policy - Mykhana (Monami Hospitality Pvt Ltd)
Monami Hospitality Pvt Ltd ( Mykhana) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Mykhana shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.
The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy on (website and shall not hold Mykhana (“Company”) liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.
Refund Policy- Catering/Local Delivery.
Refund/Credit requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery. We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
We cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.
If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. Staff will return to your location to pick up the meal. Also, we will only prepare a second food order in all situations, and we will not prepare a third order replacement.
We scheduled our drivers with a bit of room to spare, unfortunately unforeseen events may occur to prevent us from reaching you on time.
Cancelation Policy – Event
This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An event and/or order may be cancelled with no charges up to 7 full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than 24 hours the event/delivery time will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than 12 hours before the event/ delivery time will be charged 100% of the contract.
Cancelation Policy – corporate Catering - Daily meals
This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An corporate catering order may be cancelled with no charges less than 24 hours prior to the delivery time. Cancellation of order made less than 12 hours of the event/delivery time will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than 6 hours before the event/ delivery time will be charged 100% of the contract.
Same day orders are considered asap and cannot be cancelled once placed. Rescheduling events will be at the discretion and availability of the caterer.
Damage / Theft - Equipment Rental
Equipment/cutlery and crokery damaged/misplaced by the client will be the responsibility of the client. Replacement cost may incur.
